MEET Your ATTORNEY
Hi, I’m Chuck Buchan. I’ve been practicing law in Arkansas since 1992, and over the years I’ve sat across the table from a lot of families during some of their hardest moments—settling a parent’s estate, making sure their kids are taken care of, figuring out how to pay for a loved one’s care. Today that’s most of what I do: probate, estate planning, and Medicaid planning.
I work hard to make this simpler than people expect. I charge a flat fee instead of by the hour, so you’ll never hesitate to pick up the phone—and when you do, you’ll reach me directly, not just while you’re deciding whether to hire me, but for as long as we’re working together.
When I’m not at the office, I pastor Maddox Road Baptist Church here in Jacksonville. Law and ministry might seem like different worlds, but to me they’re the same work: walking with people through the moments that matter most and helping them come out the other side.
