Meet Charles J. Buchan
Charles “Chuck” Buchan is an Arkansas attorney and pastor who has spent more than three decades helping families through some of life’s most important decisions. Licensed to practice in Arkansas since 1992, he focuses his practice on probate, estate planning, and long-term care planning, built on plain explanations, flat fees, and personal attention. To Chuck, this work isn’t about documents; it’s about giving families peace of mind and sparing them unnecessary stress and conflict.
A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, Chuck and his wife, Lisa, have been married 37 years and raised five children, including two sets of twins. Whether in the courtroom, the church, or the community, his goal stays the same: helping people protect what matters most.
